- Criminal background check
- Professional references (verified by Apex PROcare)
- Personal references (verified by Apex PROcare)
- Proof of education and degree, if attained
- Apex PROcare personal interview
- Personality assessment using Dr. Harman’s Personality Analysis “The Color Code”
